Dr. Marlin Hoggard

Deputy Superintendent 

Dr. Marlin Hoggard, a Bronx native, educated in the city’s public school system, has dedicated over two decades of his professional career to meeting the academic and social-emotional needs of District 75 students. He began his career in D75 as a paraprofessional, then later transitioned to a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and Borough Field Liaison before becoming a Deputy Superintendent for District 75.
